Payments

Nouso records job agreements and work history. It does not collect, hold, transfer or verify payments.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Direct payment

The job price is the amount agreed between the client and worker for their work, not a payment to Nouso. The client and worker arrange payment directly between themselves.

2. Pay each other directly

Agree the scope, price, timing and payment method before work starts. The client pays the worker directly using their own arrangement. Nouso does not initiate that payment or provide checkout, stored funds, escrow, cash-out vouchers or withdrawals.

3. What a job record means

An accepted offer records an agreed price. The worker marks work done and the client can confirm completion. Neither action confirms, guarantees or sends payment. Job values and completion history are not bank statements, payment receipts or withdrawable balances.

4. Problems and cancellations

Either party can cancel before work starts. Discuss any work already done, costs or refund request directly. Use the booking report option for misconduct or a job problem and keep the agreement in chat. Nouso can review records and account conduct, but cannot reverse a private payment or promise recovery of money.

5. Stay alert

Do not pay someone just to apply for a job. Never share an OTP, banking password or card PIN. Check who you are dealing with and agree the work clearly. Verification and reviews help you assess an account but do not guarantee safety, work quality or payment.

6. Previous records and future payments

Existing account records are retained for support review; they are not converted into new launch earnings. Contact info@nouso.co.za with the booking reference for questions. Any future Nouso payment service or fee will be introduced separately with clear terms and required approvals. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under South African law.
