Terms of Use

Nou So is a marketplace that helps clients find local providers for jobs and services. We provide the platform, but the client and provider agree the job scope, price, timing and quality of the work.

Providers are independent service providers. They are not employees, agents or partners of Nou So.

You must give accurate information, keep your account secure and use Nou So lawfully and respectfully. You may not post unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, fraudulent or misleading jobs, offers, reviews or messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If we reasonably believe an account creates a safety or fraud risk, we may restrict or suspend it.

A job post is a request for help. An offer is a provider's proposed price and terms. A booking is created only when a client accepts an offer through Nou So.

Clients should describe jobs accurately. Providers should only make offers they can reasonably complete. Both sides should use messages in the app to keep a clear record of the agreement.

Nouso does not collect, hold, transfer or verify payments. The client and worker agree a price and arrange payment directly between themselves.

Offers and job completion records are not proof of payment. Direct-payment arrangements and support are explained in our Payments & Refunds Policy.

Verification helps build trust but is not a guarantee of a provider's work, identity or suitability. Use your own judgment, keep private information private, and do not agree to unsafe work.

If there is a problem, report it from the booking. Nouso can review job records and account conduct but cannot reverse private payments or guarantee recovery. Agree payment timing and the work clearly before starting.

You keep ownership of content you upload, but allow Nou So to store and display it to operate the platform. Reviews must be honest, based on a real interaction and free from abuse or threats.
